Help power the technologies that shape our world by ensuring critical products move efficiently and accurately through our operation. By leading the operation driving warehouse excellence, and maintaining smooth day-to-day workflows across shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment.  

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will handle PED warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and other warehouse functions while supervising and developing the team responsible for these activities. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure efficient daily operations and material flow 
  • Support daily operations and resolve issues as they arise 
  • Maintain a safe work environment and promptly address safety concerns 
  • Implement and monitor performance management measures 
  • Oversee the storage and movement of materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods 
  • Collaborate with the North American Logistics Manager, Receiving Supervisor, Shipping Supervisor, Material Control Supervisor, Sales, and PED teams to meet project schedules 
  • Provide backup support for warehouse positions as a working supervisor.  
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members 
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 6S standards 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues.  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HR requirements, and safety standards 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

Required 

  • 3-5 years of warehousing experience  
  • Strong working knowledge of modern warehousing practices 
  • Highly self motivated, persistent and able to cope with the requirements of a fast paced environment 
  • Proven ability to maintain long-term business relationships 
  • Professional communication and strong organizational skills 
  • Prior supply chain experience 
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to and including 60 lbs. unassisted.  Assistance must be used for any items over this weight.  Assistance is always required for anything weighing over 60 lbs.  

Preferred 

  • Microsoft Dynamics other ERP system experience 
  • Previous supervisory experience 
  • 3-5 years of Warehouse experience in Manufacturing 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
