Join our team as a Customer Experience Representative (Inside Sales) and serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing orders and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will be on the inside sales team,  supporting revenue goals, delivering solutions, and connecting customers with the right internal resources—all within a collaborative, customer-focused environment. 

Overview of Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to requests 
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone with customers and coworkers 
  • Enter internet and phone orders into the ERP system 
  • Gather requirements and route customers to the appropriate internal contacts 
  • Provide product/service information; generate and follow up on quotes 
  • Support sales through cross-selling and upselling 
  • Ensure completion of customer satisfaction surveys 
  • Manage multiple orders and quotes to meet quality, service, and delivery expectations 
  • Read and interpret contracts, terms, and purchase orders; engage sales/legal as needed to ensure compliance with company policies 
  • Support continuous improvement and organizational changes 
  • Assist in training new employees 
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development (including vacuum technology) 
  • Support sustainability initiatives and community engagement efforts 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 
Required 

  • Associates Degree and/or 3 to 5 years of customer service-related industry experience 
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 

Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related field 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications 
  • Experience with Dynamics AX ERP database
