Overview: Kurt J. Lesker Company is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to perform inspections and leak checks on our products in accordance with our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct visual, dimensional, and leak inspections using CMM and other equipment.
Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Complete inspection documentation and maintain logs.
Provide guidance to junior inspectors and assist in task assignments.
Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management on inspection priorities.
Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required
8–10 years of experience in mechanical inspection, manufacturing, or quality control.
Proficient in CMM operations and programming.
Skilled in vacuum leak detection, SPC inspections, GD&T, and various inspection stages.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with quality management systems.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Expert-level CMM knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
