Position Summary
The Customer Experience Coordinator (CXC) plays a key role within the Inside Sales team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting sales performance and operational efficiency. This role serves as a central point of contact for customer inquiries, order flow, and service coordination, ensuring timely responses, accurate communication, and effective internal collaboration.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating technical information clearly via phone and email. As an ambassador of the company, the CXC consistently demonstrates our SPIRIT values and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
