Join Kurt J. Lesker Company's growing Vacuum Services team as a Production Coordinator, where you'll serve as the hub between customers, production, procurement, and operations. This role is responsible for coordinating repair orders, supporting schedules and ERP transactions, and helping ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time. 

  • Location: Glassport, PA
  • Status: Full-Time & Permanent 
  • Working Schedule: Mon-Friday (Daylight shift)

What You'll Do:

  • Create, manage, and close production orders in D365 
  • Coordinate repair jobs from intake through completion 
  • Work with suppliers and procurement to source parts and services 
  • Assist in quoting of customers throughout the process 
  • Support outsourced repair activities and customer requotes 
  • Maintain accurate ERP records and job documentation 
  • Track repair status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams 
  • Support shop supply ordering and equipment maintenance tracking 

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma 
  • 2+ years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing support, customer service, scheduling, or operations 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Experience working within ERP systems preferred 
  • Manufacturing or repair environment experience preferred 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
