Overview of Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager role includes managing all aspects of operations from utilizing the ERP system, to supply chain management, purchasing, a small machine shop, inventory, warehousing, assembly, test & service. The role is responsible for operational efficiencies, measured via capacity, production costs, on-time delivery, quality & ultimately, profitability. This position is also responsible for ensuring continuous evolution & development of all processes, methods, equipment and people to maximize competitiveness. This is a senior, hands-on role, reporting directly to the Vice President, with substantial contribution to the 3-year strategic planning process, along with ownership of the relevant department annual budgets.
