What you’ll Do:
Lead the Charge in managing the ISO 9001 quality management system for the Americas.  Additionally, you will have oversight in coordinating and leading the internal audit program, management of the corrective and preventative action systems (CARs, Hold Tags, Floor Logs, etc.) and ensuring our quality objectives are met. Drive Value to the Customer by performing quality reporting and leading the continuous improvement program within the region.  Be the Quality Guru by communicating our quality policies and objectives with clarity and enthusiasm.  Ensure all work processes are meticulously documented and controlled.  Leverage your experience to solve technical challenges and partner with vendors and customers to prevent and resolve quality issues.

Key Job Elements:
  • ISO 9001 Audit Program: Plan and perform vendor and internal audits, maintain the audit calendar, define audit team roles, and ensure follow-up on findings.
  • Coordinate Audits: Handle external, customer, and registration audits with finesse.
  • Quality Review Meetings: Organize and facilitate Quality Review Board and Management Review Meetings
  • Training and Development: Drive the development and training of Quality Manuals and Procedures, ensuring they are understood and followed
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain and Product Management to qualify, rate, manage, and train vendors
  • Corrective Action System: Facilitate the system, determine root causes, and implement long-term corrective actions
  • Process Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements at all levels of the organization
  • Corporate Quality Objectives: Track and communicate these objectives effectively.
  • Continual Improvement Programs: Lead trainings on value stream mapping, lean, 5S, root-cause analysis, and more
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance management or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of formal quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, etc.)
  • Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Audits and Registrations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Trained as an internal and lead auditor with expertise in root cause analysis and problem solving techniques.
