Overview of Responsibilities The Territory Support Coordinator (TSC) will be part of the Inside Sales team, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager. Acting as a liaison between the Customer Experience and Account Development Coordinator teams, the TSC will support ADCs and RSMs in managing and growing sales territories while ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Assigned to a specific geography, the TSC will handle quotation generation and follow-up, respond to customer RFQs, engage with customers, and coordinate with ADC/RSM teams on key quotations. Additionally, the TSC will manage sales for select Rest of World (ROW) regions, including order entry, quotation generation, and follow-up.

Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of quotations
Gather market intelligence on competition, order timing, forecasts, and quotation conversion
Track customer information in the CRM
Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales teams
Maintain and expand product and technical knowledge
Accurately enter contract review eligible orders and assist with administrative tasks.
Grow assigned ROW customers and territories, meeting sales revenue and GP targets.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Active engagement and initiative
3-5 years of experience in inside sales or a related technical sales field
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, D365)
Preferred:
Project management skills and experience
Technical sales experience
